About Atwood Baptist Church

Our Philosophy of Ministry

We are a traditional Baptist Church, preaching and teaching the doctrines of the early churches of the Holy Bible. We love to make music with conservative, time honored, "Psalms, hymns and spiritual songs..." Colossians 3:16. We accept the authority of the Holy Scriptures as our guide for faith and practice. We preach and teach from the King James Bible and trust it as the inerrant and authoritative Word of God in the English language. Our goal and purpose is to share the gospel with as many as will hear it according to the "Great Commission" of Christ found in Matthew 28:18-20. We invite you to come and hear the true gospel (the GOOD NEWS) of Christ as you may have never heard it before!
